What is the most important thing in the world? How to be saved and go to Heaven. Believe on Jesus Christ(who is God and Lord). Believe(accept it is true) that Jesus Christ alone will save you(save means eternal life in Heaven). Have faith(faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance/certainty about what we do not see) and trust(confidently rely on/depend on something being true) in Jesus alone to save you. You can also be saved by Jesus alone if you believe and trust that Jesus died for our sins, was buried and rose again the third day. This is according to the scriptures. Jesus’s death on the cross and shed blood is justification(to make right/forgive) of all your sins.

Something must be supernatural about the Bible. How else can you explain that people get SO CRAZY and believe, actually believe they can create their own faith and interests in God.. Its not real.

I only smoke discretely and it is for medicinal purposes. I use it for sleep and to destress. I am open to criticism.

I want to expand on this conversation. The word “toxicity” does not occur in the whole of the KJ Bible. Pastor, I write this in the Spirit of seeking truth over this very contested matter where the spirit of condemnation over it is doing more harm than good. While recently I have been successfully abstaining from it so I can listen to the Lord in aiding me to arrive at a true judgement on the matter. That being said, I have consumed this plant for nearly 15 years and all it has done is give me a sound mind. We must look at the word “sober” because this word in the Bible doesn’t mean “abstaining from the consumption of green herb.” If we’re looking at G3524/G3525, the word is nēphalios; adj - 1. sober, temperate, be discreet, watch a. abstaining from wine, either entirely or at least from its immoderate use b. of things free from all wine, as vessels, offerings and if we’re looking at G4993, the word is sōphroneō; v- 1. to be of sound mind a. to be in one's right mind b. to exercise self control c. to put a moderate estimate upon one's self, think of one's self soberly d. to curb one's passions If we are speaking biblically here, which we always should be, then the consumption of this herb has actually benefited me in my pursuit of being sober. If it causes me to appear evil to others then there is absolutely nothing sinful about discreetly consuming this wonderful green herb, given to us by Jehovah Himself, in privacy alone or amongst company that it does not offend. Full stop. The members of His Church need to let this one go. Correct me if I speak falsely or am missing something. edit: now I will say this, because as a believer, I do agree that any form of smoking, is the destruction of the Lord’s Temple. Vaping too. Anything that causes the body to kick in the defense systems is obviously destructive (mucus, decreased blood flow). However, there are many benefits to its use that could help a lot of people with anger issues when consumed in edible form or topically. I see nothing sinful about using it in this way. This isn’t a passion of the flesh, its benefits are purely spiritual for a lot of people and if consumed as a means to draw closer to God, is that not a form of worship? If we disallow its use then we need to disallow everything that isn’t reading the Word, fasting, constant prayer, and laboring. But if we labor cultivating it for God’s glory, then what are we doing discouraging people and casting judgement on its use? Seriously? This needs to be carefully looked at because condemning its use is turning a MASSIVE population of souls away from cracking open a Bible at all.

Wow so he just condemed himself by teaching a fake dispensationalists gospel. Its funny how no where in the bible God Himself talks about these "dispensations". God does tell us about his covenants though. Makes me think a guy named Darby and a guy named Scofield made dispensationalism up in the 1800s.

Wow this was epic once again from Ps Gene! Thank you for the last part especially I had always been confused about Matt 25 rapture and how it links to the parables… very clear now! How graceful is our Father, even those who reject Church Age, still have two chances left… and the nay sayers still dare to think God is unjust or doesn’t exist at all!

Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?” Ephesians 2:8-9 “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the GIFT of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” Romans 10:13 “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Acts 4:12 “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” Acts 16:31 “And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.” Salvation is obtained simply by believing in Jesus’ death, burial and resurrection for payment of all your sins (past, present and future) with your whole heart. He will take you just as you are, sin and all. That’s what He came for, to save sinners. You don’t have to change, because when you believe, He will change you. Ok, So, it's that Abel sacrificed his best lamb which appeased God; it made him happy and content with Abel. Christ Jesus sacrificed himself to God. That to mean, to save mankind, which in turn makes God very happy and content. I mean I would think Christ is saving more than mankind. Indeed a savior, he earns the rights to the Kingdom.
